8:25 am Eureka & Palisade #4 (E&P4) photo excursion from Durango to Cascade Canyon with numerous run-bys; meet RGS Goose #5 at Rockwood and travel to Cascade together; includes tour of Tacoma Power Plant.  Limited seating! Book now!
Return time in Durango is 4:30pm.

9:15 am RGS Goose #5 (RGS5) photo excursion from Durango to Cascade Canyon with numerous photo run-bys; includes tour of Tacoma Power Plant (see above).  Limited to 29 seats! Book now!

3:00 pm NARCOA sets on in Silverton.  North American Railcar Operators Association excursions. Private.
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm  President's Reception in D&SNG Museum Meet with other railroaders, crews from the E&P4 , the RGS5,  and the community. Cash bar and complimentary light hors d'ouevres.

6:00 - 8:00 pm: Emergency Responders Benefit Dinner
After a hard day railroading, come join your friends and enjoy a steak and chicken dinner just outside the Museum! Menu includes baked mashed potatoes, garden salad, fresh dinner rolls, dessert bars iced tea and lemonade. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the gate!  All proceeds will be given to the Hundred Club which supports injured and fallen Southwest Colorado emergency responders and their families. Friday, August 14
6:00 am NARCOA depart Silverton. Private  excursions.
8:25 am E&P4 photo excursion from Durango to Silverton one-way. This trip will be packed with photo opportunities with the RGS 5 , other trains and numerous run-bys! Bus transportation leaving Silverton at 6:00 pm is included in the fare. There will be no concession car on this train. Boxed lunches are strongly suggested. Portable restrooms are provided at stops enroute. Very limited seating available!
Fare: Coach $179, Caboose $199
9:15 am RGS5 photo excursion from Durango to Silverton one-way). This trip will be packed with photo opportunities with the E&P4, other trains and numerous run-bys! 10:00 am Historical Tour of East Mancos Water Tank - No Charge. Sign up at Registration tent in Durango starting Wed., Aug. 12. First-come, first-served, space is limited. 
1:00 pm Joe Moore's Steam Whistle Demonstration outside the D&SNG Museum. Joe Moore has been collecting whistles since 1978. His whistles are mostly from Colorado railroads, but a few are from Colorado mines, an old steam popcorn wagon, logging lines, streetcars, and a few Midwestern and Eastern railroads as well. Some of the Colorado railroad lines represented are the Denver & Rio Grande both standard gauge and narrow gauge, Colorado Midland, Colorado & Southern both standard and narrow gauge, one from a locomotive that went to become a Rio Grande Southern engine, and even an early amusement park steam train. There are whistles from special purpose railroad equipment and workshops. Many of Joe's whistles have been recorded for use on model train sound systems by national manufacturers. So come see the whistles, hear the sounds, history, and the stories behind the whistles.

2:00 pm - 4:00 pm World Fast Draw  Local Celebrity Shoot Out at the Depot. Come see local celebrities out-draw each other!
3:00 - 7:00 pm Railroadiana Over 30 tables of folks showing and selling railroad memorabilia.  D&SNG Museum. No admission fee.

7:30 pm Night Photo Shoot in Silverton: Night photo shoot featuring the E&P 4 and RGS5. Shoot will start at 7:30 pm to catch the blue twilight colors and end at approximately 8:30 pm. Only paid ticket holders will be allowed in the cordoned area to ensure the best photographic opportunities as the equipment is professionally illuminated. Limited to the first 50 tickets purchased! Members of the Victorian Aid Society  in period costumes will be in attendance for photo shoots. Ticket does not include any transportation to or from Silverton. Camera with adjustable shutter, tripod, cable release, small 'red' flashlight and sturdy shoes recommended.

Saturday, August 15
8:00am - 1:00 pm Railroadiana Over 30 tables of folks showing and selling railroad memorabilia.  D&SNG Museum. No admission fee.
9:00 am - 6:oo pm The D&SNGRR World Balloon Elimination Championship begins outside the Durango Depot. Come see some of the fastest guns in the West!
The World Fast Draw Association is one of the largest associations in the sport of Fast Draw, with active members in the United States, Canada, Japan, Korea, the United Kingdom, Germany, and a number of other countries. It is a nonprofit group dedicated to governing, preserving and promoting the sport of Fast Draw.
9:00 am; 1:00 pm; 4:00 pm RGS5 departures from Silverton for round trip photo excursions to Elk Park with photo run-bys. Photo opportunities during run-bys and meets with passing trains. The 9:00am and 4:00pm trips will also meet the E&P4. Limited to 29 seatsper trip! Book now!

7:45 am Presidential Brunch Photo Train to Silverton. Open seating will allow you to experience your ride in each of the Tuscan-red premium cars in the consist! Barbershop Quartet will serenade you between Durango and Rockwood. Other live musical entertainment will enhance your trip on the remaining portion of your journey to Silverton. We'llprovide unique photo opportunities both ways with numerous run-bys and meets with passing trains as well as the E&P4 and the RGS5!
Fare: $189 (open seating on Prospector, San Juan, Cinco Animas and General Palmer)
9:00 am RGS5 departs Silverton to Durango. Unique photo opportunities along the way with numerous run-bys and meets with passing trains as well as the E&P4 . Includes Tacoma Power Plant tour.
