Weekend Goose Excursions

Goose Excursions:

The Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad is hosting former Rio Grande Southern Railcar, The Goose No.5, for excursion operations from Durango to Cascade February 23rd and 24th. The Goose #5 is a little train that ran between small towns in Colorado like Dolores and Telluride transporting passengers as well as the mail!
This will be only the second time The Goose No.5 has operated an excursion in the snow since the Rio Grande Southern RR was abandoned in 1951. Join us for an unforgettable ride into the wilderness on board this very unique historic train!
