Soaring Tree Top Adventures - 2010

In a remote valley of Colorado lives Soaring Tree Top Adventures, a new extreme zip line adventure and the only one of its kind in the continental United States. Soar through and above the Aspens on the highest quality stainless steel cable or zip line from platform to platform, designed to be reminiscent of an Elfin village like something out of Lord of the Rings.

This all-day zip line course allows guests age 5-91 to traverse cables that make them feel like they are gliding through the air like birds from tree to tree, on a network of stainless steel platforms high in the Ponderosa canopy. The canopy eco-adventure consists of over 22 zipline spans through alpine mountains, Aspen forests, and across the beautiful Animas River. Spans range in length from 50 to 1400 feet. Because Soaring Tree Top Advenutures is accessible only by train (there is no road access) the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad will transport you to this memorable adventure.
