Rock Slide - July 26, 2010

Heavy rain in the upper Animas Canyon led to large rock slides on Monday, July 26th that closed the line to Silverton. D&SNGR track crews worked throughout the day Monday and into the late evening to get the slides cleared, the track repaired and the line re-opened with service to Silverton on Tuesday, July 27th.
