A beautiful train ride, onboard hot brunch buffet, sparkling wine or cider, and desserts! It only gets better with a 90-minute live musical concert at the Henry Strater Theatre in the historic Strater Hotel at the end of the day!

The rear portion of the Cascade Canyon train is reserved for Concert Train passengers. Enjoy premium-class seating where you can relax and enjoy a delicious hot brunch buffet onboard the train as you travel along the Animas River. Concert Train passengers receive champagne, buffet, and scrumptious desserts while traveling through the pristine winter wonderland along the Animas River to the Cascade Canyon wye. Concert Train ticket holders receive a complimentary souvenir mug refillable with non-alcoholic beverages all day! Mimosas, Bloody Marys and a full cash bar will be available to all guests 21 years of age or older. A special dessert will be given to each passenger on the return trip.Upon the return to Durango, enjoy a live music concert in the D&SNGRR Museum!

Separated by the Concession Car, the front of the train is available for Standard-class seating to enjoy just our wonderful train without all the extra festivities,

Catered buffet

We'll greet you at the depot and welcome you onboard the Concert Train where you'll find a beautifully catered hot brunch. As we roll through the Animas Valley and high above the river, enjoy complimentary non-alcoholic beverages throughout the trip and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine or sparkling cider. During a 45-minute stop along the river at the Cascade Canyon wye you can stroll to the footbridge, warm your hands by the rock fireplace in the pavilion or sit and relax in the comfort of your car without even stepping foot outside into the snowy wonderland. Enjoy desserts on the return trip, then enjoy a 90-minute concert in Durango!

For those guests wanting to enjoy just our wonderful train without all the extra festivities, we have our Standard Coach seats available. You will have access to our Concession Car where you may purchase snacks, hot and cold lunch items, beverages, cocktails and souvenirs.  The Concession Car is available to all passengers on the train.

Alamosa Parlor Car: $149* per person (age 21+ only)
Knight Sky:
