The D&SNGRR is seeking a seasoned manager to manage the Ticket Office and Reservation System. Duties include managing all aspects of the reservation system, creating and loading new product, maintaining and troubleshooting online reservation system, recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling dept staff, producing and distributing requested reservation reporting. Requires excellent customer service interaction. Must be proficient with computer operations, Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, databases; some IT experience helpful. Demonstrated ability to successfully direct a large staff is a must; Reservations, Call Center, hotel or related experience preferred. FT position with benefits. Salary DOE. D&SNGRR is seeking a carman to maintain and repair railroad coaches. Must be able to bend, kneel and crawl under coaches, and pass physical capability assessment.
